How long will it take to get my order?
We post most UK orders second class with Royal Mail so your order will usually takes between 1-3 days to get to you. We usually post orders on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and every day during peak times such at Christmas and Mother’s Day. If you need your order by a specific date just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do all we can to make sure it reaches you in time.
If you’re in a rush and you’d like to upgrade to guaranteed next day delivery for £6.95 please drop us a line and we can sort this out for you.
We use a courier for some of our larger items and for wholesale orders. For items over £100 (such as our precious peggies) we used Royal Mail signed for services.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We have one or two restrictions but generally if you live there we’ll ship it there! We’re proud to be a global business and have happy customers everywhere including America, Australia and a little gathering in Japan! We’ve even shipped to the Royal Palace and have several loyal celebrity customers too!
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE postage and packing on all Mainland Uk orders.
For everywhere else shipping is calculated at checkout – we have a handy calculator – just choose your country and it will tell you. Some common examples are below:
Please note, due to huge costs we are unable to ship large or bulky items outside of the UK – this includes framed prints.
I’ve got a discount code or a gift voucher – how do I use it?
Easy – when you click through to your shopping cart there will be a box that says “coupon code” – just pop your code in there and discount will be applied.
Is your site safe to use? You could be anyone!
We make it as safe as we can for you and we never pass your details onto anyone else. We have a HTTPS Certificate which means our website is secure (you can check this by just making sure there is an “s” after the “http” with any website you use. The ‘S’ at the end of HTTPS stands for ‘Secure’. It means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted.
You can pay by PayPal which gives you cover and you can pay with your credit/debit card via PayPal. You can also pay via BACS transfer. If you choose BACS transfer the bank details will be shown once the order is placed. Your order will be processed as soon as the payment comes through which is usually straight away.
What frame do I need for you prints?
All of our prints are designed to fit a standard frame – they are A4, A3 or A2. You can buy suitable frames both online and on the high street. John Lewis. IKEA and the Range all do good ones as do E-Frame online.
My order arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all…
This very rarely happens but if it does please get in touch with your order number and we’ll do our best to help you.
I’d like to return my order
That’s OK – we’ll happily provide a refund providing you can return the product undamaged in its original packaging so we can sell it on. We don’t provide refund from personalised and bespoke work though as we can’t sell these products on. Send us an email at email@example.com to get the ball rolling.
Do you sell anywhere else?
We have a range of stockists in the UK, a licensing arrangement in Australia and we sell through Not on the High Street an Etsy too. We’re proud to have sold in both John Lewis and in Liberty, London.
We also sell from the studio in Nottingham but please do let us know if you’re planning a visit – we often have our heads down and sometimes we’re out and about and wouldn’t want you to waste a trip.
We will never share your information with a third party. We may add you to our mailing list but in compliance with new GDPR governance (2018) you can unsubscribe at any time. Our terms and conditions can be found here.

Where is the studio and can I visit?
We have an awesome studio at Sneinton Market – right in the middle of the Nottingham’s Creative Quarter.
You are most welcome to visit but please let us know first so we can be in.
Do you Draw all this stuff yourself then?
Yes I do! All of this is my own work although I work in partnership with Rhyme nor Reason for the poetry products.
