How quickly can you deliver my goodies?

We despatch all standard orders within a day or so. If you choose free UK delivery we post 2nd class so allow 2-3 days for your goodies to arrive.

We aim for your goodies to be with you as soon as possible – we’re not good at delaying gratification either!

We outsource our framing to the professionals so if you’ve ordered a framed print it’ll take an additional 6-8 days.

We package everything carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We also recycle as much as possible so if you find your parcel packaged “creatively” please be assured that it’s been done with love and is in the name of being green!

 

I’ve forgotten a birthday and need it quickly! Can you rescue me?

Yes we can! We offer express next day delivery on all of our standard stock items. This does not include bespoke items such as hand painted peggies as obviously these guys take more time. Express delivery costs £7.50 and orders must be placed by 12pm.

 

What if I don’t live in the UK?

No bother at all. We deliver all over the world – the costs are as follows:

America & Europe: £6.95

Australia & everywhere else : £10.95

Royal Mail aim to deliver their overseas mail within a week but we do find it takes nearer to 3 so we would say order early just to be sure.

 

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

This is unusual (we package very carefully) but it can happen. The best thing to is give us a call on 07984 185344 or email at tycesales@gmail.com and let us know as soon as you can. Photos are helpful too if you have them. We’ll do our best to sort things out for you.

 

What If I want to return my goodies?

Again – this rarely happens and because of this we offer returns on all standard stock. We cannot offer returns on personalised or bespoke items unfortunately but hope we’d be talking to you through the process so you know what to expect when it arrives!

Please forward all returns in their original packaging to the address on your despatch note. We’ll happily provide a full refund (minus postage costs) assuming the goodies are returned in a re-saleable condition.
